 CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

  You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes.To make changes to your order you must send an email  to siramacreations@gmail.com (it is important that you include the order number) 

 DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS?

 DOES NOT accept changes, cancellations or returns. All items are made to order. But, if you have any questions or problems, contact us.

 WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

  Please allow 5 to 10 days to process your order. (Pre-orders are estimated at 2-3 weeks, could be shorter or longer depending on availability.) All orders are made to order and I work on them myself.

 Our payment system is 100% secure. We NEVER collect your card information.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

 Delivery time excludes processing time. Shipping is via USPS: First Class and can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. A tracking number for your package will always be emailed to you. Remember that the time it takes USPS is not in our hands.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 We will email you shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as  your order ships.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT DO I DO?

 If you have exceeded the estimated shipping times since placing your order, please email us your order number to siramacreations@gmail.com and we will begin checking as soon as possible.


 WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED FOR AN INCOMPLETE  ADDRESS?

 Please email us at siramacreations@gmail.com.com with your order number, we can resend immediately after the shipping charges have been paid. If the address error is the customer's responsibility, the customer should pay the shipping fee.

 WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGES HAVE NOT BEEN MOVED FOR A WHILE?

 According to the USPS, we must wait 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for a lost package. Send us an email if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time period and we can resend it.
